Late Fall Migration – Bird Walk

Late Fall Migration – Bird Walk

Join longtime Oxbow advocate, naturalist, and skilled birder Dave Helm for a morning birding trip at the Oxbow! November marks the peak of fall waterfowl migration, making it an excellent time to spot a variety of ducks, geese, Bald Eagles, hawks, gulls, Sandhill Cranes, and seasonal songbirds. We’ll visit several locations throughout the Oxbow while enjoying the beauty of the late-autumn landscape.

The trip will involve walking and continue until approximately noon. Please dress for cold, wet weather and be prepared for muddy conditions. There are no restrooms on the property.

Meet in the upper Oxbow parking lot at the main entrance to the Oxbow located at 17160-17278 Reardon Dr, Lawrenceburg, IN 47025. Questions? Contact us at 812-290-2941.
