Location: Flooded field east of the Oxbow (between the Oxbow and Lost Bridge) and the field immediately south of the water plant on Kilby Road

Conditions:  floodwaters and 30 MPH winds

Comments:

Made it from the north entrance to about halfway to Osprey Lake before the flooding was too deep for my boots. Picked up some trash that had washed up in the flooding. Saw a dumpster cat jump out of the dumpster when I pulled up.
